Our stay at the five-star Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago was outstanding, marked by an expansive, well-equipped room, excellent facilities, and stellar staff. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was of high quality, and the prime location facilitated both work commitments and leisure explorations. While slightly high in price, the experience provided, in our opinion, justified the cost.

The hotel staff is super friendly, and the accommodations/facilities are very clean and great, not to mention the amazing view. The rooftop bar and the spa are also excellent! The breakfast had many options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Very happy with the time I spent at this hotel.

It's our go to hotel in Santiago these days. Location perfect. Relaxing. Nice pool. Hassle free......and there is a small laundry for guests which is a godsend when traveling.

The staff were very welcoming, kind, attentive and accommodating. The room was very spacious with a living room and a kitchenette, great for staying with our three kitties. Very good breakfast, only sausages were missing; great restaurant terrace with wonderful city views. Very good value for money. It is a classic and traditional hotel where you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

THE ITALIAN RESTURANT CAPPRICIO'S PIZZA WAS SUPERB. ALSO, FRONT DESK LADY BY THE NAME OF ALEXANDRA WAS SIGNIFICANT TO OUR DELIGHTFUL STAY IN THE HOTEL. ALEXANDRA'S ATTITUDE WAS ALWAYS POSITIVE AND MOST HELPFUL IN FINDING SOLUTIONS THAT ACCOMODATED OUR REQUESTS. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.
