Quiet and romantic. After every few steps, there's a picture worthy corner or sign to remind you that love is in the air. Our room was MASSIVE, cleaned in the mornings, tidied/straightened up in the evenings before bed. The view, regardless of which room you stay, is amazing. The property is wheelchair accessible with a special ramp and sand buggy if guests want to go down onto the beachside ❤️❤️❤️. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants. We tried a different menu and location every night. The staff were courteous and pleasant. Drinks were strong! They did not water down the drinks. The restaurant/bars close to the beach/poolside are within very close proximity. Freshly squeezed fruit juices available throughout the day. There's a team that cleans up the sargassum on the beach every morning. There's adequate, comfortable, mostly covered lounge areas on the beach

The resort didn't feel too busy despite staff saying it was full. There felt like there was plenty of space with various different pool areas and beach areas with different vibes. If you want music there is a pool with swim up bar or if you want quiet there is one closer to reception. There were lots of support staff including security which made it feel safe and well maintained. The adult only side of the resort buildings seemed relatively new and really well maintained.

I recently stayed at the Jewel Hotel and had an outstanding experience. The hotel's location by the beach is perfect for all types of travelers. Traveling with my husband and my 2-year-old, I was delighted to find that the room was prepared with a small cot for her upon our arrival — Thank you, Gabriel! The food was excellent across the various restaurants within the hotel, offering a delightful culinary experience with different types of food on their menus. The hotel boasts numerous swimming pools (yes, the water is warm!), adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were super friendly, always greeting us with smiles and a warm demeanor. I was particularly charmed by the Dominican tradition of responding "excellent" when asked how they are and greeting guests with their hand over their heart. Our room was impeccably cleaned and tidied each day by Angelito, who was incredibly adorable and attentive. The hotel also offered great activities for children, with Mirian doing an amazing job entertaining them. In the restaurants, the service was exceptional, especially from Daniela and Sthephany, who were very welcoming at the door, and Eduarda, Shaina, and Lucy, who served us greatly. One of the highlights of my stay was the hydrotherapy session. The 1-hour treatment was amazing and provided a great relaxing moment during my stay. The gym facilities were top-notch, providing a great workout experience. Henry, the personal trainer, was very supportive and offered excellent tips on how to use some of the machines and correct my posture during my workout sessions. Additionally, the little store inside the hotel sells coral-friendly sun cream, which I highly recommend everyone buy either before their stay or at the venue. This helps us do our best to protect the nature we care to visit. Every morning my husband ordered two barista coffees for us to have with our breakfast that were prepared by Jenniffer at the Cocoa Cafe.

Localizado em frente à praia, em Punta Cana, este resort com tudo incluído disponibiliza uma piscina exterior, um spa de serviço completo e actividades recreativas. Hospedagem no geral foi muito boa, alimentação é ótima. Os funcionários sempre educados e prestativos. Agradeço em especial a senhora que fazia a limpeza do quarto, que além de limpar era muito atenciosa comigo e com o meu bebê que ficou doente nos primeiros dias. (infelizmente não me lembro do nome dela) Só tenho que agradecer a todos.
