BrewDog DogHouse Edinburgh features free bikes, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Edinburgh. Location was perfect around the corner from waverly station.. room was more a city center studio loft with attention to detail that went above and beyond. (Cue beer fridge in the shower!) It even had a dishwasher in the little kitchen.. we wanted to move in! The roof terrace bar is world.class, everything is new and very modern.. but of a break from the period places which i sought out for this trip. Very very cool find, have been recommending to all who lill listen !

Located on Princes Street, The Balmoral has a 4 AA Rosette restaurant, a pool and a gym. Waverley Station and Edinburgh's main shopping area are within 5 minutes' walk. Everything was good. The staff was very friendly.

The Witchery by the Castle offers a range of opulent suites in Edinburgh, each one unique with its own special features. I surprised my husband for our 16years anniversary and it was all that I expected. We had an incredible time and everything was perfect. The breakfast in room was delicious, dinner was great too. The staff was also very friendly. We can’t wait to come back :)

Just metres from Holyrood Park, Edinburgh Marriott Hotel Holyrood features an award-winning restaurant and spa. With Edinburgh Castle just a mile away, guests have free WiFi access and large rooms. Very large king room. Shower head was great. Didn't know there was a large indoor pool/sauna/spa when I booked, and they were wonderful. Large variety at breakfast. £18 if not prebooked, £12 if prebooked. Katie, Donald, and David at the front desk were very helpful with all details and a wealth of local information and suggestions for attractions/dining. It is one block off The Royal Mile, quiet at night for good sleep.

Well situated in Edinburgh, House of Gods Royal Mile offers air-conditioned rooms, a bar and free WiFi. The environment is exceptional. The staff were attentive and the small touches, like the prosecco at check in while you bag was taken to the room, were just so nice

In Edinburgh’s historic Old Town, this Hotel Du Vin has uniquely styled bedrooms in a former city asylum. At the hotel’s heart is a French Bistro, serving produce from the Lothian region. Everything was perfect, with the staff always courteous and helpful. Cleaning of the room always precise. Excellent location of the hotel, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Mile. Boasting stylish rooms with plasma-screen TVs and wall-sized magnetic maps, this refurbished hotel is 800 metres from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and 300 metres from the Royal Mile. Locatjon was amazing. Room was small but very comfortable and quiet, with good storage and a mini fridge. Bathroom was good, amazing shower with great water pressure. Very friendly staff.
