Das Hotel Embassy genießt eine ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Santa Maria im Zentrum von Florenz entfernt. the staff were so welcoming, polite and helpful. even offered to accommodate us for checking out super early but unfortunately we had no time before making out train. made out so much more enjoyable. room was clean and service was reliable with changing towels and making the bed each day. I did cross paths with one of the cleaners coming back from our breakfast as she was about to enter our room, which she politely said she will come back later instead. my only tiny fault with the room would be the bathroom/shower being slightly dark in the evenings and the water temp was tricky to get on a sweet spot. but such a minor complaint that I would still 100% recommend here despite it.
