Nice view and small balcony. Because of the location, we could sleep in peace without buzz and noise. Also, a lots of restaurants are nearby.

It was a very pleasant stay. The area and the hotel itself are very nice and one feels really safe. Beautiful area and quiet as well. The people who run the place are very kind and friendly. Very clean and well managed hotel. The breakfast was pretty decent and well worth it.

The breakfast was very tasty and in abundance. The location was perfect for visiting, close to Circus Maximus and Colloseum and also to the Piraminde Metro Station.

This hotel was great in every aspect!! Room was large and bright, very clean and quiet which was nice after a long day of sightseeing around Rome. The breakfast at the hotel was great, lots of choose from and the setting is really relaxing where you can enjoy a nice breakfast before heading out for the day!! Great restaurants and cafes very close to the hotel (77 Caffe is fantastic and the one beside the hotel and directly across are great as well). Gelato at the corner is the best ever!! We would definitely stay here again when in Rome!!

Situato sul verdeggiante Colle Aventino di Roma, l’Hotel Villa San Pio vanta 3 ville separate, giardini tranquilli ed eleganti camere con pavimenti in legno e pareti decorative. E' la mia seconda visita, e mi trovo sempre benissimo! Lo staff e' mega-gentile, le stanze sono ospitali e uniche, con questo "vibe" antico. Colazione molto buona, abbastanza facile trovare parcheggio.
