We loved the location, verry closed to city center. Excellent customer service, proffesional people. They helped us with info about the city, with the bags etc. Breakfast was super nice and rich and verry cheap. The appartment was cozy and the furniture was new and they pay attention to details. The location felt like home.

The staff were fantastic, great suggestions for dinner and sightseeing. Great resource. The rooftop bar/restaurant was beautiful for views. We didn't eat but a drink while there. Location about as central as you can get

Short walk away from the major tourist attractions. Bag store was also available for us to use for our final day as we had a late return flight.

Location was great, just 8 mins walk from Piazza Bra, and a 13min walk from Porto Neuova train station where the airport bus stops. Staff were very accommodating with great spoken English. Rooms were spotless clean. Breakfast was typical Italian continental style fresh foods.
