Set in the south of Manila, 15-minute walk from Alabang Town Center and 15-minute drive from Festival Mall, The B Hotel features an on site restaurant, free WiFi throughout the property, and a... Super accommodating staff. I believe we got the best room with the best view 1114! Just a hint for those who wish to stay at B-Hotel. We had planned to use the pool, but did not get a chance. Walked by the breakfast and lunch buffet every day and wish we had tried it. Looked scrumptious! we were just constantly on a time crunch so we could not really enjoy the amenities, but our room was great and the staff was awesome! The hotel allowed us a late check-out since we were going straight to the airport and had no place else to go and did not charge us extra. We stayed for 5 nights as a family with a 4-year old.

Firstly, customer service is great. Hotel staff responded and attended to my requests and needs promptly, and in a courteous way. Hotel staff are to be commended for the service they perform. Kudos to them. Secondly. the room size is ok with comfortable bed and comes with a kettle and bar fridge. Bathroom is with a bath and toilet seat comes with bidet which is really great. Thirdly, the location of the hotel is near the Festival Mall as it takes only ten minutes to walk. Lastly, I like that the gym is open from 6 am and until 10pm. Overall, I had a great and pleasant stay.
