Located in the North End by Boston Harbor, Battery Wharf Hotel is a 10-minute walk from the New England Aquarium and offers a private water taxi to Logan International Airport. Everyone from the bell-boy, security guards, valet right up to the ladies at the reception, house keeping staff and over to the manager were very helpful, polite and courteous. Not a single request was not attended to and I stayed at the property nearly 2 weeks. Even when I was not well, they had taken noticed and query. Stay here! You can't go wrong.

I was very impressed with the staff who I found to be helpful, friendly and efficient. I also likened that I did not have to keep tipping the staff and I was told that tips were not necessary during check in.
