Comfortable , clean and quiet. Loved the casino and the staff other than the Asian woman cashier in the casino. Rude and unhelpful.

Located less than 1.6 km from Jokers Wild Casino, this hotel features an on-site restaurant and heated outdoor pool. Guest rooms offer free WiFi. The room was big and comfortable same as the beds. In the bathroomthere was everything you needed for the stay, towels were clean. Breakfast was good, standard options you can find in the hotels but it was tasty. Staff was very firndly, especially front desk co-worker - Vielka! We had some problems with the reservation, but she helped us to solve it, even though she wouldn't have to, because the problem wasn't on the side of the hotel. She was patient and helpful and wanted to find the best solution! :)

Away from Las Vegas Boulevard Family friendly Friendly reception staff Hospitality staff were very accomodating and hardworking. The smorgasboard hot breakfast with waffles was great we stayed 2 nights 5 adults and 6 children aged between <1-17 years of age and the kitchen staff were very busy more busy on Sunday as the inn was full. Only one lady replenishing the food and supplies but unsure how many in the kitchen. Kids loved the pool as it was a very hot day of at least 40+degrees Celsius A nice touch to have fresh towels by the pool which was very convenient. Air con and ice maker was great. Convenient ATM on ground floor.

We also got customized welcome note on TV upon arrival, which was very nice. Good value for the money you pay here.
