Featuring a rooftop pool, Novotel Miami Brickell is located in the Brickell district in Miami, 2 km from Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and 6.2 km from American Airlines Arena. Everything was perfect. Staff was very nice, helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Location both close to MIA airport as well as Brickell Loop which gets you to Downtown in minutes. Close to Little Havana too.

The staff has been super helpful during and after the stay and I cannot recommend them more. Had left my wallet in the room and the staff (Lucas T.) emailed me to let me know that it had been found and arranged to have it shipped to me in no time. Received the wallet a few days latter with all the money I had in it. Very rare to find people that honest and helpful. Fully deserve their perfect rating.
