The location and staff. Particularly the night receptionist who went out of his way to recommend local spots for us to visit. Very appreciated.

One of the newest hotels in downtown San Francisco, CA, The Clancy, Autograph Collection is a destination for new discoveries. everything is outstanding at the hotel, the pillows and sheets, the Nespresso machine and coffees for free the bathroom. I’ve asked for an early check in and 3h before i had a key at my cellphone!!! and the room number!! awesome

We got the room earlier and a late checkout was possible, which helped us tremendously. Very cosy and comfortable beds. Really nice fitness studio and also a quite long pool.

Situated in San Francisco, Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. the location is perfect. close to all public transport, shops, city center and major touristic attractions. the rooms are spacious, bathrooms brand new and amazing. staff is also very helpful and welcoming. i would 100% recommend it and would come back.

Our downtown San Francisco hotel is within three blocks of the Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Gardens, and several museums. The reception staff were excellent!

Across the street from Westfield Shopping Center, this Central San Francisco hotel offers rooms with a 46-inch flat-screen smart TV. Food options are offered in the full-service bar and lounge area. Spacious rooms, with a desk to work on. Very nice staff. They even had an ambarella waiting in my room which was handy.
