It’s is immaculately clean, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I come here. Perfect!!!

Un posto delizioso😊 vicinissimo al mare, al molo di Santa Barbara ed a diversi ristoranti. Ottima accoglienza ed ospitalità da parte dello staff. Possibilità di fare colazione in camera; abbiamo preferito farla al ristorante ed in particolare seduti all’esterno. Tutto molto buono. Consigliatissimo!!!

Less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach, this Santa Barbara inn features an outdoor heated pool and a hot tub. All guestrooms offer free WiFi. This is such a great spot. Would definitely stay again. Lovely staff and facilities. Free drinks were a bonus.

Ubicato a Santa Barbara, a meno di 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 5 minuti di auto da State Street, questo motel accetta animali domestici e offre una piscina all'aperto e camere moderne dotate... Very clean and updated comfortable room. Close to the ocean but far from State Street and cafés and shops. I many of the staff are finally covered when I first arrived, and they were not welcoming or friendly. There was luggage being stored, and I asked if I could store mine because I had to run to a work meeting and I would be back in the late afternoon, and they refused. Then they charged me a $20 early check-in fee and I was only there three hours early. The manager looked at me but didn’t smile and just kept talking to the staff about a training very loudly and acted as if she wasn’t happy that I was there. I felt unwelcome.

We stayed for 3 nights in mid September 2023. The hotel was exactly as pictured when we booked. Light and airy and spotlessly clean. When we arrived we weren't sure about the location, as it's close to the 101 Freeway, but it turned out to be great as you can walk to most of the attractions in Santa Barbara. The staff were excellent. Really good communications about breakfast (which was excellent), housekeeping, night cover phone numbers and even a free glass of wine at happy hour. We stayed in room 9 and enjoyed the little balcony (big enough for 2) where we sat and watched the sun go down behind the mountains.

Spent my 50th birthday here. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was very spacious and we had a large patio. Despite being on a busy street we were not disturbed by noise. Room service was prompt and food was good. Staff was very welcoming.
