I loved everything about this property. It was spotlessly clean with beautifully kept gardens walking distance from the beach and shops with very gracious hosts. I would highly recommend it to anyone as we found it perfect.

Situated in Irvine in the Ayrshire region, Irvine Bay has a terrace. This 3-star guest house offers a housekeeping service. Stayed in Irvine bay several times as we visit Irvine alot. This is always my 1st choice when booking. Private secure entry system and everything you need for an overnight. Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

In the heart of Irvine, Braidmead House is just 2 miles from the sandy beaches of the Firth of Clyde. With free parking and free WiFi, the guest house also offers fine Scottish breakfasts. James is a wonderful host. His guest house is exceptional in spaciousness, comfort and cleanliness. The bed was very very comfortable which unfortunately differentiated it from many others we have slept in.

Beechwood En-suite Rooms is ideally located between both the towns of Ayr and Prestwick, and is just an 8 minutes’ drive from Prestwick Airport. perfect doesn’t do it justice, Exceptional is closer to the mark whilst I try to think of another superlative

A 10-minute walk from Ayr Train Station, this guest house has bedrooms with free Wi-Fi and is well located for the town centre, beach and golf courses. The perfect place to stay! We were warmly welcomed as soon as we rang the bell, by both Liz and Douglas. We arrived to find a gift from a previous guest left on the doorstep, which I took as a very good sign! The house is immaculate, it’s cosy and quiet, it even smells wonderful. We were given an option of 2 rooms and Douglas got us set up in the one we picked, even bringing our luggage up. The rooms are well set up with lovely beds, good internet, a nice tv and a great shower. And all the pillows you could ever need. Breakfast was excellent, and there was a pretty wide selection of choices. The house is right next door to a fab restaurant, and it’s not a far walk to other good food options and the rest of town. A ten minute walk finds you at the beach.
