This bright, homely oasis of well-being, the Alla Rocca, with its dreamlike lake view from every room with the associated balconies offers - thanks to the passenger lift - easy access to all three floors for every guest and will be rented for the first time from May 2022 - book for 2022 at the introductory prices listed here! Approx. 180 sqm of feel-good space - with a spacious living and dining area with a fantastic view thanks to a glass front across the entire width of the accommodation, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, ... - which leave nothing to be desired and ensure sufficient privacy. You can park your car comfortably and generously under the semi-detached house, unload in peace and get into the house together with your luggage in the passenger lift. What a comfort right at the beginning of your holiday!

Caviano is a beautiful, tranquil little village on Lake Maggiore. A recommendable nearby osteria (open from mid-March until the end of the season), a small bodega, picturesque alleys, a football pitch and a petrol station with shop complete the offer. If you too like to enjoy your holiday away from the tourist hustle and bustle and like to sit in the sun for longer in the evening with a delicious sundowner, then Gambarogno is the right lakeside spot for you. You can explore the beautiful surroundings of Gambarogno via numerous - partly steep, challenging, well-signposted - hiking trails. You can start directly at the garden gate. Even train spotters get their money's worth - although the trains can hardly be heard from the house. Ascona, the Swiss pearl of the region, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. You can also make a detour to Italy (border only 1 km away) and do extensive shopping for your daily needs, for example, in nearby Luino (approx. 16 km). From Luino you can also take numerous trips by boat. For example, in 25 minutes to Cannobio - with its well-known Sunday weekly market with its flair.
