Key collection and communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, I would have loved to stay longer. Bournemouth is a busy, eclectic town; I found everything I wanted within easy walking distance of the accommodation and the beach is especially beautiful.

A beautifully presented studio apartment with 1 x double bed. Sleeps two adults comfortably. Bright & cheerful decor. Coffee table, 2 comfy chairs to relax with a coffee or glass of wine in the courtyard. New apartment, less than 3 years old. This is my escape & by staying here on a trial have included everything I think you would need for a relaxing break to make your stay more enjoyable. Free on road parking on a first come first served basis. Road can be busy so may have to park on adjacent roads. Travel COT available for 0-2yrs old. I do need to be informed as I don’t keep the cot at the apartment.

I have been so fortunate to have made many new friends through hosting. With the Bournemouth’s lovely blue flag beaches only a ten minute walk away, the New Forest 15 minutes drive, Lulworth Cove and Dorset’s famous Jurassic coast, less than an hours drive away, it’s just a beautiful place to be. Across the chain ferry from Sandbanks to Studland you will arrive at more glorious beaches, The Pig Hotel & restaurant with outstanding views across Bournemouth bay. Banked Arms, again with the same views, Corfe Castle, Swanage Bay and of course Swanage Steam Railway. To avoid getting the ferry back the drive round is approximately 24 miles which will give you another viewpoint of the outstanding Purbeck Hills, you could always stop for a delicious Purbeck Icecream 🍦 Everything you will need is within a ten minute walk. There are taxis and buses very nearby if you don’t feel like walking. Just around the corner you have Bournemouth Train Station and coach station which can take you to many destinations. London by train is approx 2hrs away. Why not get the open top buses over to Swanage & other Beaches in the area? A lovely day out 😁
