In the heart of Glasgow, Glasgow City Flats offers modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Some apartments have balconies and city views, and Glasgow Central Station is within a 10-minute walk. The bright apartments each have a spacious living area with sofas and a flat-screen TV/DVD player. The separate bedrooms have luxury linens, and all apartments have a modern bathroom. The stylish fitted kitchens feature an oven, microwave and refrigerator, and kitchenware is provided. Laundry and ironing facilities are available, and there is also a dining area. Glasgow City Flats have different locations in the city centre. All apartments are a few minutes’ walk from Glasgow Business District, and within a 10-minute walk of Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre.

You are on the doorstep of the best shops, bars, restaurants, venues that Glasgow has to offer including The Royal Concert Hall, Gallery of Modern Art, George Square, the Theatre Royal and lost more. We also have many properties in the Merchant City area, a perfect base for tourists looking to explore the city. The Merchant City is one of the most vibrant areas in Glasgow and is full of diverse and interesting buildings, cafes and restaurants. It is a preferred location to both professional and artistic residents with a number of small galleries and theatres in the area. It is also home to a number of high end boutique style shops and more famous international labels. The apartment looks onto to some of those landmark buildings that were home to the City's Merchants during the 19th Century. The annual Merchant City Festival and Celtic Connections attract a growing number of visitors each year who enjoy concerts, Scottish Ceilidh dances, comedy events and exhibitions at venues, including the Tron Theatre, the Old Fruitmarket, the Trades Hall, and St. Andrews in the Square

Please note that the apartments are not located at 59 James Watt Street, this is the reservations office.

Guests are kindly requested to contact Glasgow City Flats once they have made a reservation in order to arrange check-in. The apartments are located at various locations within the city centre. The apartments have no reception facility, therefore guests must contact Glasgow City Flats for key collection from the office between 10:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday, or by a meet-and-greet service at the apartment address you have booked.

Check-in is from 14:30 until 20:00. Guests may also check-in after 20:00 by appointment only and prior arrangement. There is a late check-in fee of GBP 30 after 20:00, or GBP 40 after 22:00 - 0:00. Check-in after midnight is not possible.

Please note that no guests under 25 years old can be accepted at the property unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Stag or hen parties cannot be accommodated. Events or parties may not be held in the apartments.

Glasgow City Flats will charge GBP 100 breakage and incidentals deposit 14 days prior to arrival. This is returned, subject to a housekeeping check upon departure. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of departure from the apartment.
