Lovingly restored 1920's cottage, located in one of Christchurch's "happening" suburbs......Addington. With a quiet location, good local restaurants and cafes, and easy access to the CBD, what more could you ask for. Three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and a third one with two single beds, (that can host up to six persons in total), a brand new bathroom and kitchen installed, Clarence Cottage is looking better than ever.
While I live close to Nut Point Cottage, I am only about 15 mins away by car from Clarence . I am also available 24 hours by telephone, so if you ever have any issues that need attending to, you can always get hold of me. I have been in hospitality nearly all my life and know that having the best experience is what it's all about. I hope I never let you down. John Allan
Clarence Cottage is close to Central Christchurch , Addington Raceway and Horncastle Arena. just a kilometer from the city centre, or short drive from the airport ;they attract numerous travellers each year. The cottages offer easy access must-see destinations that Canterbury has to offer.
