We liked everything at the hotel; the service was very good, the rooms were nicely decorated, breakfast was good with several choices from a menu. The staff were good and service-minded. Especiaally Rebecca, the Manager. The hotel were good located ,easy to find and with free Parking outside. We stayed one extra night just because of the pleasant hotel.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pub atmosphere was excellent with everyone joining in the collective card games. The food was excellent, as was the assistance in ordering a suitable vegetarian and vegan mean. 5 🌟 Already looking forward to the next visit!

It is a refurbished residential apartment for rental. and is good value for such an Innercity apartment with parking included… was very Welcomed even though it was a very tight. reversing operation for a large estate car.! Host Jez was most helpful for all issues. Please note the lock box with the key is to the side of the building and not next to the front door..!

The bubble room was nice dog friendly. The staff at the hotel on arrival was very kind, manager was a lovely man. All the staff were welcoming, helpful, efficient and friendly. Easy parking on site and an easy 20 min walk to the pier / beach / town centre. The jacuzzi and pool was nice and the dinner was excellent. I came with my disabled son and the room we were given was just right with an accessible bathroom. Staff were very kind and caring towards him and helped us with his wheelchair. One of the breakfast staff reserved a table for us for the next day. The way the staff are towards customers was over and beyond my expectations. I plan to come again in the summer with a friend.

On the way our car broke down, so I called to say we would be late. Ross, the manager, was very kind and helpful and reassured us that he lives on site so could let us in after hours. Staff are all really lovely and attentive. We had excellent service from Alex at dinner.
