Located just 1-mile from the M42 motorway, The Appleby Inn Hotel is set in rural Derbyshire in the village of Appleby Parva. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Parking was very close to room. Food was fantastic. The dining staff helped me put together a birthday party for my husband - even driving to the store to pick up cakes. They were fantastic. 2nd time we stayed at the Appleby and it will be our only destination hotel anytime we visit my husband’s home!

With freshly cooked food and a selection of real ales, The Star Inn dates back to the 18th century. everything! lovely & clean, food was delicious staff helpful & welcoming
