The room was comfortable but small but that is common in Tokyo. The staff was friendly, spoke English well enough, the bed conformable and the Wi-Fi good. I also like the breakfast buffet in the morning as it was convenient and there was a variety of things.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bath/shower surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel. Very handy location, close to Kanda station, and you can walk fairly easy to Tokyo station or Akihabara too, whilst being a bit away from the very busy touristy areas, so you get the benefit of it being relatively quiet.
