Cape Tribulation
Located in Cape Tribulation, within the Daintree National Park and World Heritage Listed Rainforest, Cape Trib Farm features barbecue facilities and views of the mountain. Honestly we could not have been more impressed. The setting is astonishingly beautiful, the cabins are luxurious and the breakfast is delicious. We thought the bowl of fruit was supposed to last us two days so we were very pleasantly surprised when we got a whole new one the second day! Amazing value, would definitely go back.
Cape Tribulation
Noah Creek Eco Huts is a small family business that offer exclusive eco-friendly lodges and glamping accommodations in the heart of the Noah Creek Rainforest Reserve, the largest private World... The whole place was magical. We loved bathing in the outdoor shower and bath surrounded by tropical plants. We were here not long after cyclone Jasper hit, so most places in Daintree were closed and there were no other guests. We had to cancel a few tours we booked because of the cyclone but we think that was a blessing in disguise since it gave us time to relax, cook delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen, cool off in the swimming hole a few minutes walk away, walk north along the closed road, helped clear some of the deadfall along one of the trails (we volunteered). There were so many different rainforest sounds in the day and at night. The 5 nights we were there we didn’t use our car to get anywhere, other than when we arrived and left! We will be back one day in the future.

Diwan
4 miles from Daintree Discovery Centre in Diwan, Eden Escape offers accommodations with access to an open-air bath. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Eden Retreat was, to us, a little piece of paradise. The property, gardens and vista were beautiful. We felt completely removed from the rest of the world, and yet everything we wanted to see or do was less than half an hour away by car. Cooking was a breeze with the five-burner gas cooktop and oven, as was meal prep on the long wooden bench top. The pantry included staples such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil and a few sauces and spices. We very much appreciated the inclusion of a stove-top coffee maker too. We loved the view from the bathroom whilst standing under the rain shower each morning. It's possibly the nicest bathroom we've ever seen. The property was truly unique and the use of stone, timber and rock was beautifully and carefully done. Sitting outside first thing in the morning and in the late afternoon listening to the birdsong was delightful. We felt very privileged to be surrounded by the Daintree rainforest whilst looking out over the Coral Sea. A very special place indeed.

We stayed 4 nights in the family unit which was very spacious and has everything you need with a full cooker, microwave, fridge and everything to cook with. The bed was very comfortable. The apartments are right in the Rainforest with lovely gardens adjacent to them which makes such a lovely setting. We were lucky and saw the cassowary making his trip through the garden. The apartment is very well located to explore the Daintree Rainforest. Thank you Marie for all your help and advice on where to go and for a lovely stay
Cape Tribulation
The lodge is located in the Daintree Rainforest, close to shops, restaurant and the beach. The staff at the lodge where all friendly, there is an onsite pool (not used) and cafe; good for breakfast and lunch.
Customer service was outstanding. The management help arrange various activities and special dining for us and everything was wonderful. The chef at the restaurant was awesome !
Perfectly located in the middle of the jungle. If you are looking for a secluded place, choose this one. It is easy to approach, though, if you have a car. The staff is very friendly, the bungalows are neat and cosy. They have amazing cooks, meals are great!! You need to book your lunch/dinner in advance; I recommend to have your meals here.
Absolutely loved this place. Tonya the host was super. She was a mine of information. We enjoyed eating with other guests on the expansive balcony. Just across the road was an awesome village pub that served incredible food. The birdlife at the Daintree Village is fabulous. Its not too far from the car ferry to Cape Tribulation and about 30 minutes from the famous Mossman Gorge. Thats a must visit.
Gorgeous setting. We had two cottages with parents in one and teenage Kids in the other. The rooms were beautiful and set in the midst of a fan palm forest. There were no cooking facilities but meals at the restaurant were delicious. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The ultimate daintree experience! No fancy up market stuff! If you want a genuine daintree rainforest experience, there is no competition! Know what it's like to be a local!
Tamara and Bruno were very helpful especially to point out bitumen roads that we could use to go around the area. We especially valued the ore-arrival welcome note with directions and places to get groceries. Had a meal they was very good. Thank you both!
rooms good size. lots of space. private. great pool and cooking facility
Location was great. Facilities were clean and the air conditioning was perfect.
This was an amazingly unique experience. Was quite surreal to think that the rooms are nestled in the middle of the Daintree forest. Amazing plants & wildlife to see right outside of room. The staff were fantastic, especially the bar & restaurant staff who made an enjoyable environment at the bar area, some good laughs with the customers. Good food at the restaurant and prices were very reasonable. Amazing beach paradise just a few steps, onto a private beach area, lots of walks and heaps of things to see. Lots of day walks in easy reach, the reception staff very helpful to provide advice & directions. We loved being offline for a few days, felt like absolute paradise, was hard to leave and go back to reality.
We stayed in The Cottage which was in an amazing, very private location. It was stunning with its own creek with waterfalls. Pristine! The cottage had everything required for a comfortable stay. No wifi/ mobile coverage which we knew before booking. Very comfortable bed. Perfect place to relax and soak up the Daintree Forest.
floor to ceiling window in bedroom. surrounded by rainforest. massive balcony. secluded
I love how private the cabins are and how the view opens right onto the rainforest. so peaceful and tranquil. absolutely loved the rainforest walk and orchards. would definitely recommend this property and would lol come back and stay. Everything you need to rechargec and get back to nature.
Modern cabin in the middle of the jungle. The view from the terrace was amazing. Very well maintained garden with exotic palmtrees and plants. Loved that it’s very quiet and private there. The host Lilian is very welcoming and gives good tips for local sightseeing places and tours!
