Wow, we were wowed by the entire experience. Firstly, the staff. Belgium was very warm while we were there and although we had a beautiful room, the air con could not keep up to the heat. The engineer, Salomon did his best and even took us to the rooftop restaurant to cool off while he tried to fix it. When it was evident that it would not work, Redouane, from the front desk personally checked out an alternate room for us and moved us in. Every staff member we met gave us the impression that we were solely their priority and our satisfaction was their reward. We appreciated each of them and thank you Amelie for answering all our questions with smiles. There was nothing about the hotel that we did not love. The - cool and quirky atmosphere. We loved the comfortable 70’s vibe lobbies. You could sink into a chair or sofa and have a creamy cappachino from the coffee bar with a book, or you could open your computer and work while listening to great music. It felt like your own home. - the rooms are upscale and very well thought out. The shower was literally the best. The bathroom black and pink. A retro radio was softly playing when we stepped through the doors. The bed and bedding very high quality. Floor to ceiling windows with great darkening curtains. Unfinished concrete walls added a great vibe. - we ate upstairs at the Spanish style rooftop garden and had authentic delicious tacos. We also had dinner at the Peruvian restaurant downstairs and it was amazing. To top it off this hotel chain makes goals, reports on the progress of their goals and, works hard to achieve them. They are very green - bottles of water and milk for coffee in the room, no plastic. They strive to help their community in real, hands on ways. We could not have been more impressed. The four-star Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre is located in the centre of Brussels, only 100 metres from Brussels Central Station and the St Michael & St Gudule Cathedral. it was super central. the staff was very nice. the food is good. small details such as water bottle everyday, new shampoo and conditioner available, accessible umbrellas for rainy days, etc.

Hotelli fuajees on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt, tasuta tee- ja kohvinurk ning lift. the hotel was nice and quaint. it had a cute chess decor at the backyard. the breakfast spread was decent. the hotel owner was very friendly and kind. I wasn’t feeling well and he ensure that his driver send me to the train station when I was unable to get a taxi. He also got be soap detergent for me to do my laundry. the hotel staff overall were friendly and hospitable😊

The location is undeniably top in Brussels for both business and leisure. The Louise area is upscale, friendly, safe and well-served in all aspects ranging from commerce to transportation. The stay was so comfortable and familiar that it evoked the good old days when I lived in the area. The accommodation per se was an excellent junior suite that in effect is a well equipped apartment, decorated with clean modern classy touches, well soundproofed for extremely quiet peace of mind, whilst also endowed with plenty of natural light and spacious airy feel when opening the curtains and huge glass panels to the inspiring vibrant city outside. While I was on business with limited time to relax, it was a blessing to contemplate the gentle snowfall and sit after hectic conference days going through several of the great books present in the living room and bedroom for a nice relaxing and instructive read. Even so, make no mistake as this is not just an apartment: it is set on a fully-serviced hotel, whose excellent staff provided the exceptional care of upscale hotel service: highly attentive to one's needs, and aptly fulfilling them with utmost professionalism, which is highly appreciated. This place encapsulates the quality and rigor of a grand hotel packaged in a discrete, cozy boutique hotel, a home away from home. The flexibility and independence of fully equipped accommodations with the exceptional service and care of professional hoteliers. At this place, I found a well integrated solution that meets the best of both hotel and apartment/home concepts. With a team that is always there for you, always highly responsive, composed and caring, always striving to do their best. Aia, mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud tubade, tasuta WiFi-ühenduse ja terrassiga Résidence18 asub Brüsselis, Horta muuseumist 1,2 km kaugusel. The location was great. The host was so friendly and carefully looked after me. The room was perfect, with a huge bed, lovely old furniture and a great view of the garden. Excellent experience overall!

Maison Flagey Brussels asub 1906. aastast pärit salastatud juugendstiilis hoones Ixelleses, Flagey kahe tiigi kõrval. A charming Art Nouveau building located in a very peaceful area. Very close to public transport but separated from it where almost all the noise comes from the geese in the nearby lake. The room I got was huge with a large and very comfortable bed and a large bathroom which is piece of art in itself. Definitely on my list of places to visit again and highly recommended for people who prefer a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Aiaga hotell Residence 18 asub Brüsselis, 300 meetri kaugusel Louise'i avenüüst. Olemas on tasuta Wi-Fi-ühendus. Euroopa piirkond on 1,5 km kaugusel. The owner and the hotel were exceptional. Taking care of the client is what the owner exudes. She is sensitive, takes her job seriously and is exquisite in her execution. The hotel is charming. I loved my room and I looked forward to coming back from my day. It was the best part of my trip to Brussels. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to anyone. It is very close to transit. It is away from the hustle bustle yet only a short walk to anything one needs. I thought the area very safe.

See luksuslik viietärniline disainhotell Brüsseli südames renoveeriti 2019. The hotel is very classy, rooms were very nice most importantly the garden cafe and the bar were really the best. We really enjoyed staying at this nice hotel. It feels like you stay in a rural area in the middle of the city Excellent hotel. Thank you

Viietärnihotell Amigo asub keskväljaku Grand Place nurgal ja pakub elegantseid disainielementidega tube. Maalilises ajaloolises hoones asuvad moodsad rajatised nagu jõusaal ja auhinnatud restoran. This hotel was exceptional! The location couldn’t be better: one block from the Grand-Place and one block from Mannekin Pis, and near stores and restaurants, just perfect to walk around. The room was really comfortable, king size beds are not easy to fin in Europe. Good size, super clean, fluffy pillows, modern barhroom etc The staff was extra helpful, the concierge super nice!! Beautiful decor, delicious restaurant Bocconi and the bar was a nice place to have a drink surrounded by celebrity pictures who had been there. Loved this hotel!
