We had an excellent stay. The staff is great and really welcoming. The hotel is very nice decorated and the restaurant as a very good kitchen. Our room was very cosy and clean, we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Also the location is quiet and we were happy to have free parking at the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Everything was really fresh. We can definitely recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is very close to the restaurants, cafes and some of the museums. You have everything in the room to do everything you want (cooking, preparing coffee, cable TV...)

El acogedor Hotel 't Hert de gestión familiar está situado en el centro de Genk, rodeado de zonas verdes con preciosas rutas de bicicleta y caminos. En las inmediaciones hay un campo de golf. From the friendly and helpful guy who checked us in and all the staffs. They are heplful, kind, approachable, and even did extra miles like the other guy who sent the food in our room. It wasn't his job bit he did it. The fine lady who let us borrowed utensils. Room is tidy, bedsheets and towels are clean. Breakfast is superb! We will definitely come back here when we visit Genk again!
