The property was beautiful all around - it was hard to decide if I wanted to spend time in the gardens in a hammock or in our room enjoying the view of the water through the window. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and reception had very helpful staff, arranging our laundry, our bus to Puno, and a late check out.

Very friendly staff, great location (as the other reviews say, it is a walk up the hill but totally worth it), breakfast is the best we had in a while in South America, and we could store our luggage while going to the island for one night.

It was all very calm and Francisco knows a lot about the history of the temple and the culture. Furthermore, the houses of the hostel are made by Francisco himself, very beautiful! Would surely visit again.

BBQ facilities are featured. the view from the bedrooms are amazing. We could see the Titicaca lake from bed. The place is comfortable and has a small living room perfect to stay and enjoy. The breakfast is nice and the staff were so nice and kind.
