Thank you again Otis for helping me out with my sim card which was a real struggle! The room was spacious enough and the bed comfortabel enough. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient and the breakfast room is also a nice spot to meet other travelers. Wifi works really good so I believe good it's all good value for your money. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, it's definitely a GREAT place to stay! The view of the river is so beautiful. You will enjoy a big open balcony surrounded by the river. Gorgeous sunset and cloud with the reflection in the water. Quiet place (if no party takes place that day) The breakfast is an excellent experience for you can enjoy it with sunrise on the river, and the fish they cook for lunch and dinner is so tasty. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The owner of the hotel speaks fluent English, which is very convenient for foreign travelers in Manaus (not every hotel provides English service in Manaus). They also provide very good one-day tours about the Amazon river, the rubble museum, the jungle, and the local Indian community.

The staff and manager took care of me as I was a member of their family. Congratulations to Fatima⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, the manager! It happened that I had a peak of my blood pressure, and she didn’t leave my side since the beginning. The hotel borrowed me all the time I needed the blood pressure Measurer. One of their staff offered to go buy me some medicine that my doctor prescribed me, and another staff member went out in a heavy rain to buy me some healthy food. These staff are blessed and Ibis should give them a prize! 🏆🥇They really took care of me when I was in a very difficult moment. I was monitoring my blood pressure together with my doctor. There was no need to go to a hospital after the prescriptions and care. They didn’t let me leave their side until I was completely recovered. 100 to Ibis Manaus team!
