Located in San Pedro, a few steps from San Pedro Beach, Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. It’s a gorgeous property about 10 min. golfcart ride from downtown. The pool is great, in a beautiful setting. The Reef Houses are not around the main pool, but a bit further and that’s what makes them the perfect place for a family. The staff is really nice, Gian at the front desk is amazing but all the others are very helpful as well. When our golfcart broke down, Alfonso, the taxi driver was there in less than a minute to take us. We looked at other resorts on the Island, but this seemed to be the best.

Nice and clean suites located in a calmer southern part of Caye Ambergris. Owners were really friendly and kind and helped us with all our requests. A great little peaceful oasis right by The Split! Beautiful entrance and a very cosy patio that is surrounded by the rooms. Great (breakfast)deck on top of the rooms, with the rooftop deck being the absolute best place to chill and read a book! Breakfast is made fresh every day, with great and tasty choices. Staff was incredibly sweet and very accomodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The perfect little escape I needed after some exhausting days of diving and snorkeling. Loved using the bikes to explore the island, the SUPs to do some paddling and the private dock for some swimming.

Like a small oasis of calm providing a feeling of home and a pleasant place to relax on a hot day. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Always very happy to give advice, help or direct with helpful instructions. They helped arrange a scenic flight over the big blue hole, taxi, snorkeling and more. The rooms and amenities were practical, super clean and the ambiance of the entire compound cozy and romantic. We spent several very enjoyable days of our vacation here and would love to return.

What a special place! The privacy, view and atmosphere was spectacular. I loved laying in the hammock for hours and floating in our own pool.

Everything.... We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Caye Casa. The property is absolutely picturesque and amazing. The location is perfect, right next to heart of town but off the beaten path on the beach, and within easy walk of some of the best bars and restaurants you will ever find. The staff are just out of this world, giving you 5* service at 3* value.... Besides the value there is nothing 3* about this property definitely 4-5* all around. The rooms are so comfortable and immaculate. The cleaning staff are first rate. They definitely take immense pride in what they do, and always so happy and eager to take care of anything you may need. From extra towels, laundry services to just sweeping your front porch and steps of pesky sand. They are happy to be of service. Thank you so much Marta and Cindy. The front desk service is spot on. From greeting us as soon as we arrived with ice cold complimentary beers. To happily changing out our drinking water bottles every time they were empty. Shane may have been the newest member of the staff. But he conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. Acted as if he had years of experience and not just a few weeks. Jake the manager is what you would expect from a new York 5* concierge. He is the heart of this property. Your happiness is his number one priority. If there is anything you need all you need is ask Jake. I don't think there is anyone living on San Pedro Jake doesn't know and that they don't love him. From the best bar food, relaxed beach front dinning to the most upscale dinning. Jake can set you up and will make sure to get you a table. If your wanting to take an excursion Jake knows the best people that can take you. Thank you Jake and the rest of your fabulous staff. We are anxious to make our return trip soon.

Great hotel a little away from the hustle and bustle. Top quality fittings and furniture in the room. Free bikes and water available. They arranged a great trip for us to Belize mainland to Xunantunich Mayan Ruins and cave tubing.
