She greeted us warmly as we arrived and gave us the tour. Her artistic skill is apparent in the creative and unique décor inside and around the yard. It was fun to meet their adorable dog, two cats and the laying hens. We loved swimming under the stars and even saw some fireflies in the grape vines around the pool. The breakfast was delicious and she provided excellent gluten free options for a celiac diet. The red tulip triptych in the common sitting room was my favorite painting. Our biggest regret is that we could only stay for one night. If you are booking with Mme Drouin, you should definitely stay for more than one night. Our stay was certainly too short!

Rooms were nice and clean. The shower head wasn't staying up, so we had to improvise. When we got there there was no parking as a big party was happening at the restaurant but ended at 9 so we moved our vehicles when the party was finished. Tim Hortons is right next door, so that was a plus! Great location, only 20 minutes from anything on the island. We were situated between the 2 bridges into Montreal. It was an industrial area, but honestly, for the 6 was worth it. 4 stars!
