We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our 20th anniversary, which was much appreciated. Staff were always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Oak Bay Beach Hotel. This is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. A Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom added a special touch.
