Room is very clean. And most important is the place of this hotel is near the interlaken west train station. Which is the most convenient hotel that I can save lot of time. And the people are very very nice and patience. I obviously enjoy a lot. I believe I will choose again for next time of traveling.I literally recommend !!

Our room had a huge private terrace and the views were unbelievable. I heard clanging one morning we were there and was delighted to see cows parading through the street right below us! The bus stop is literally right across the street so super convenient. Ideal location as it is super walkable to shops and restaurants but not quite in the noisier heart of it all. The staff was kind and attentive and it was a huge bonus to have laundry available in the basement. The toiletries provided in the room smelled amazing. The restaurant was top notch, we dined there our first night. To end our stay, we got a lovely Swiss chocolate bar as we checked out :)

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. The Glacier is a very modern, yet cozy hotel with amazing views to the Eiger (one of Grindelwalds mountains). Both the casual and the fine dining restaurant serve delicious food. One of my personal highlights is the 150 wines they serve by the glass. The main highlight of our stay though was the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, extremely attentive, always up for a chat and joke. We really felt like home in the Glacier and this is definitely not the last time we were there.

Swiss Inn & Apartments is set in a residential area of Interlaken, a 3-minute walk from the West Train Station, shops and the city centre. Special shout-out to the reception staff (Veronica and Patrick) who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Not only did they swiftly shift us to the family apartment upon request, but also offered us many tips about local things and experiences to do in the area.
