De Ville is a charming hotel situated in a picturesque medieval village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It features free Wi-Fi and fine dining with renowned regional specialities.... Amazingly located in the old town, staff was very friendly, room clean. We didn't have breakfast, lunch or dinner but the place was crowded in the evening, so apparently the food is good. We had dessert though, the traditional Meringue with Gruyere cream, it's a must try!!!!

Breakfast a bit expensive but excellent quality, quantity and choice. Location is ideal a 2 min walk to the “town” center

They gave us a free upgrade. This is a very good 4 Star hotel and it made feel like we are in a Five-star hotel. The staff were very welcoming very hard-working, very polite, and going out of the way to help us in every single way. Nice firm Big Double Bed Great Breakfast….. which started early around 6:30 AM which was great compared to other hotels which would start only at around 8 or 9 AM……. Check out was 12 PM which was another plus point but we didn’t wait that long. We left by 10 AM. It was just too good in all ways and we will definitely return again .

The staff was very helpful upon check-in and even allowed me to check in a little earlier which was great because I could drop my luggage in the room and get out to experience the Gruyere Castle earlier than I thought. The view was incredible, it faced the mountains and Gruyere Castle. I was able to open the window and enjoy the air. It was a very clean and quiet room. Wish I stayed there more than a night.
