Both the hotel and the dependence are beautifully-restored historic buildings in the center of the village. We stayed in the dependance, which is around the corner (next to the Hotel Suisse). The room was large and impeccably clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was and modern. There are common spaces on the second and third floor, which would come in handy for an extended stay (sort of like a lobby area). Breakfast was wonderful! We also had dinner in the hotel which was very good.

The feeling that you are not in a hotel, but visiting very close people, the attitude was as warm as to the most important guests, the attitude to every guest in this hotel! The owners of the hotel themselves receive guests, serve breakfasts and dinners, and try to do everything possible and even impossible for their guests. I highly recommend this place! And the view of the lake is just incredibly beautiful. The food is deliciously cooked. Thank you for this time at your place ❤️

The place is so clean, the view is magnificent, the owner is so kind. The food is all fantastic and delicious, especially the hot chocolate. Best hot chocolate we’ve ever tried!

This place is like a little paradise - I didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic hospitality of the staff. Everyone made sure we were welcome and comfortable. Spacious room with a back patio available outside the door. Lounge area was comfortable and well equipped. Good internet made it possible to do more than just a few web pages and email. Such a great stay!

La Romantica er staðsett við aðalgötu bæjarins við vatnið og býður upp á heilsulind, ókeypis veiðibáta og tennisvöll. Aðstaðan innifelur veitingastað sem er umkringdur fallegum garði. The staff is very welcome weh I arrive. I had an early train to catch next morning and can't wait until breakfast time. The lady was so kind to prepared a bag of breakfast for me (bread with meat, juice, apple and snack). The room is comfortable and cozy. Just two little things, pillow is a little too soft and floor is just a little sandy, but everything else is great! Location is perfect as well. Very close to the train station and bus station.
