1930-luvulta peräisin oleva Wergenstein’s Hotel Restaurant Capricorns on muutettu kokonaan toimimaan uusiutuvilla energianlähteillä. Very friendly staff, nothing was too much to ask. Due to car troubles, we stranded in this rustic hotel. The reception helped us with everything (luggage, tips for public transport). Amazing location with beautiful views and a nice wellness. Breakfast was really good!

Built in traditional Walser style, Hotel Suretta is located in the centre of Splügen next to the Hinterrhein River. Nice owners. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Great meals!

Convenient location: very close to the main road, but at the same time relatively quiet, especially with the room facing the north side, which I strongly recommend - the view towards the village and the mountains is much better than that of the lake. Spacious and clean room. Well-working wifi. Possibility to park directly in front of the building. Extremely kind and helpful owners. Possibility to pay in Euro, and the fact that the final price was reduced (as compared with that stated in the Booking.com reservation) due to lower room occupancy – that’s a rare case of honesty in business these days.

In a historic building from 1828, Hotel Fravi offers free and direct access to Andeer’s public mineral spa, which includes indoor and outdoor pools and a sauna area. The proximity to the thermal bath is great! You can walk from your room in your bathrobe, and two visits are included. We asked for a room with wooden panels, and it was both cosy and big. The breakfast was quite good. We arrived by bus from Thusis, and the walk from the bus stop took no more than a minute.

This traditional, country-style hotel in Splügen. It is surrounded by the scenic Lepontine Alps and the popular Splügen ski resort. A great place. We've arrived with bicycles coming through the Splügenpass. It was raining so we arrived soaking wet. The stuff has invited us and shown a secure place to store our bicycles. There's a great restaurant in the building and it's in the middle of Splügen - which actually is not all that difficult since that's a very small village. The breakfast was fantastic!
