Palomino Sunrise has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Palomino. Offering a bar, the property is located within 500 metres of Palomino Beach. I cannot find words to describe how amazing the staff was. Everyone was super helpful, especially the cleaning and kitchen staff. We enjoyed all the food, breakfast, the location, the service, and the friendliness. I will definitely visit PS in the future.

First of all, I must say that the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff was very helpful leading up to the trip, answering all our questions via WhatsApp and even arranging transport from Santa Marta Airport to the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day and had both AC and a fan, along with plenty of fresh towels. The hotel staff was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times and always provided us with water from the fridge. Not to mention the gym, tours and the option of ice-baths. The breakfast served during our stay was absolutely delicious and satisfying. We were served with a variety of food items including fruit, eggs, and even pancakes on the second day. Coffee and fresh fruit juice were also included in the meal. Additionally, we booked a massage through the hotel and it turned out to be one of the best I've had in a long time, and the price was very reasonable. We were able to walk straight out of our room to the clean pool, which was maintained daily.

Beautiful and cozy accomodation near the main road and close to the beach. This hotel has a very peaceful and gorgeous setting. The staff are super welcoming and kind. Always making us feel at home and happy to help. Rooms are very large and have their own little garden with chairs and a hammock. Breakfast is very nice with eggs of your choice, fruit, natural fruit juice and plenty of coffee :)

The location is super beautiful and quiet, surrounded by nature ( a lot of birds and other animals around), constant sound of the sea was soooo relaxing, swimming pool was also amazing. It was very nuce that this hotel was further from busy Palomino (to Palomino it was only 10min walking distance by the beach) And the staff was brilliant! Very friendly and attentive. Herman and staff were so welcoming. We are a large group of 14, we showed up with reservations for 12. No problem, he quickly added 2 extra beds and made us feel right at home. And, that's just it, the place is really comfortable and has several areas to hang out. Peaceful jazz and ragae, a wonderful vibe.
