Offering an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a restaurant, Hotel El Aeropuerto is located 750 metres from San José del Guaviare main square. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The room was always sparkling clean. The staff was incredibly kind and they were aleays ready to help :) breakfast and restaurant was good value and the handicrafts they sell are quite good. It's the only hotel with hot watenrin san jose del guaviare and that can be very comfortable after long days.

It was basic; even so, the price was cheap. The room was large, and the bathroom was a decent size. The receptionists were very friendly. It rains daily here and the streets get very muddy with large puddles. The receptionist offered to drive me to the panadería when it was raining. I walked, but I thought the offer was proof of going above and beyond for a guest. The room A/C worked well, as did the Wi-Fi. There was a mini-fridge and a small table and chairs. Large sliding glass window opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool (that no one used) and some of the pool. Large window on the other side looking onto the outdoor hallway. Another pool area is located in the lot next door and had a DJ and music until about 8pm, tables and chairs, and a pool slide. I did not swim here because I was out exploring until sundown each day, but the pool area was enjoyed by many families. I can't comment on the breakfast because I left early every day and didn't eat there.

It’s right at the beginning of the road to Cerro Azul. The rooms are good and there are a lot of in and outdoor seating areas. There is also a kitchen which you can use. Luz is a super friendly and enthousiaster owner and is always willing to help you. We had a great stay.
