The place was incredible. The unit was spectacular, clean, tidy, comfortable. It was like being cocooned in a wonderful embrace surrounded by snow. We loved it so much!!

The staff is very nice, the rooms are cosy and clean, the hotel really does play into Arctic fantasy. Also, for people travelling with dogs - 1. a scenic trail starts pretty much 10 meters from the door of the hotel, and it’s very convenient to say the least 2. While a lot of hotels claim that they are dog friendly, in reality they simply “accept dogs”. This hotel is actually dog-friendly, offering bowls, towels, snacks and “please do not disturb our pet” door sign.

Love it our beautiful experience in this igloos hotel. I loved that each igloo had their own private sauna. The kitchen restaurant is cool and the cook is Swiss. They have a private huski tour and there also private snowmobile tours and there are 2 cute reindeers living there :) we had luck to have a clear sky and at night we saw a beautiful Aurora under our heads.

Amazing hotel, the location is best to relax after the long trip. It is surrounded by a very small community, a super market and that's it. The hotel rooms are spacious, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is spacious, they have android tv which is cherry on top. You can make your own food or bbq if you want. I loved the location. We also got sauna for free at no additional cost.

Located on the island of Vartiosaari, this hotel offers rooms with Finnish design and free WiFi. The island is accessed via a 72 metres long hanging bridge over the river Kemijoki. The setting was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous snow and scenery. Very quite area. The rooms were stunning, had everything we needed. Very friendly, homely feeling. Its a family run hotel, the lady who was working the days we were staying was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to chat to our kids about there days trips and what plans they had when she would meet them outside. Taxis are about 30euro from the hotel to Santa Claus Village & City Centre.
