And I loved the personal touch with a handwritten welcome note, flowers and a little card.

The room was very nicely decorated and furnished and the bathroom was modern with a good shower. We had a room at the back and it was nice and quiet. They don't do breakfast which we knew and which suited us having had a big breakfast every day at our previous hotel! We ate dinner in the restaurant which is lovely and the food was very good. The room price is about right for room-only and the location is good for exploring the Black Isle and Inverness.

Continental breakfast was perfect too! Thank you so much! Location was great for staying out of town in the Inverness area, just on the Black Isle, perfect for the NC500.

Brian and his wife (the owners of the Ord Arms) created a great atmosphere and Provided us with a great breakfast and as a real bonus to us Brian gave us a lift from the hotel to the Black Isle Showground which saved us a considerable walk and we also enjoyed the famous Black Isle Show, best regards, Norman Masson & Olive Scott.

Fantastic place !!, Breakfast prepared locally very fresh and delicious. Wonderful choice of drinks as well. The factory house is full of small fantastic details, you know the owner is taking care of with love. Highly recommended !!
