The whole building is beautiful and the interior was amazing. We felt like we were in a whole different world. Plus we got upgraded for free as we arrived. Next time in Thurso we will be staying here again. 🧡

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location right by the river. The staff were wonderful and the food fabulous. The breakfast was huge and delicious. If you want a place to stay away from the crowds on the NC500, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

In Wick, in the beautiful area of Caithness in the Northern Highlands, Mackays offers award-winning service and fine food in No1 Bistro, as well as free Wi-Fi and parking. Nice older style hotel, great location, courteous and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service.
