Highfield features great lake and mountain views and its own private car park. The beautiful rooms have en suite bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. Warm welcome, excellent breakfast, ample parking. Great location. The honesty bar was a winner. Highly recommend a stay.

Set in 2 acres of tranquil wooded gardens. The charming rooms have TVs and tea and coffee facilities, and many have breathtaking views of the valley and fells. The location is great, I loved the room and the breakfasts (expensive but worth it). We also had a great time in the lounge and the staff was super helpful.

Just 2 miles from Keswick, The Coledale is a 19th-century country inn with 2 traditional bars and elegant rooms. staff very welcoming and the residence had character and charm … in fact we were treated like real guests by all your staff !

Located in the heart of Keswick, the refurbished Skiddaw Hotel offers good food, and spacious rooms with tea/coffee making facilities. Food excellent. We ate dinner twice with our guests. Scrambled egg at breakfast was the best I've had. Made to order! Room very good. Public rooms well appointed.

The 18th-century Royal Oak at Keswick is located in the market town of Keswick, just 2 miles from Derwentwater. everything! the location, the cozy room, the staff, the breakfast!!
