The location was great and gave me access to everything I wanted to do and easy walks to places for dining, shopping, activities and bus stops.

It has everything you need for an overnight stay when adventuring. Absolutely stunning views and wildlife to be seen all around.

Apple Cottage was lovely to stay in. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and a brilliant location with proximity to Wigtown and Newton Stewart as well as excellent views (especially at night). The hosts were very communicative and welcoming, providing lots of great info about the area and kindly helping when we accidentally left an item at the property. The rooms were all comfortable and cosy, and electric blankets on the beds were such a nice touch as well. The hosts also left us some gifts such as a ginger loaf which we thought was very considerate. Overall, we felt that a lot of effort had been put in to ensure we had a good stay and it definitely made a big difference.

El Skerrow se encuentra en New Galloway, a 37 km del castillo de Drumlanrig, a 38 km del club de golf Dumfries and Galloway y a 40 km del club de golf Dumfries and County. Well thought out apartment with modern feel in traditional setting. All spotlessly clean and well maintained. Good heating and hot water. Great garden area (though I understand it is a community garden). The adjacent Community Village shop is lovingly cared for and very well stocked. Good arrival instructions and getting the keys couldn't be easier.
