In the heart of the Hebrides, this boutique-style hotel offers individually designed en suite bedrooms all with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee and DVD players. This was a great place to stay in Tarbert. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Big shout out to the gentleman on front desk who went above and beyond in ensuring I had the best stay, I think his name was Angus. All the staff were lovely though.

Grimisdale Guest House is offering accommodation in Leverburgh. This bed and breakfast features a garden and free private parking. Excellent location, easy to find when arriving by ferry, secure bike storage, clean, comfortable and helpful, friendly staff/owners. Very connected to the community and helpful when finding future accommodation. Bag transfer service to Tarbert given the terrain & wind was much appreciated. PS: cycling onward on a Sunday? Nothing is open so ask for a packed lunch. Lesson learned 😟

Old Post Office is located in Tarbert. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking is available on site. We tremendously enjoyed staying at the Old Post Office, which is most likely the cleanest, the coziest and by far the best equipped holiday home we’ve ever stayed at. We loved the tranquility and the remoteness very much indeed and we greatly enjoyed the garden and the exceptional view from the wee entrance room (where we actually spent most of the time because of the view). We do hope to come back some time. - Thanks you very much!

Located in Bunaveneadar in the Isle of Harris region, SOLACE COTTAGE provides accommodation with free private parking. Outdoor dining is also possible at the holiday home. The cottage is very tastefully decorated with lots of arts/ items from local business. It was nice to see these businesses being supported this way. I liked the different scents in the rooms. The accommodation was really really comfortable. I honestly did not want to leave. The outdoor space was great for enjoying the sunsets and dark skies. The location is ideal for exploring Uist, Lewis, boat trips and the whole of Harris. Lots of garden birds in the garden enjoying having baths in the burn (I watched them from the stone seat).Excellent local shop just 1 minute down road.

Taigh Thormoid is situated in Amhuinnsuidhe and offers barbecue facilities. This holiday home has a garden and free private parking. Location absolutely perfect. House was lovely, clean, warm and comfortable

Boasting mountain views, Fisherman's Hut offers accommodation with a garden, around 47 km from Museum Nan Eilean. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The Fisherman's Hut is a truly unique place to stay when you're spending your holiday on Harris/Lewis. The locations is really the best to venture into any direction, the views of the highest mountain and the loch are stunning. If you want to go for a little walk along the road or into the fields, it's all there. The little hut has literally everything you could imagine, the bed is comfy (great mattress!), the kitchen is equipped with all you need, and the bathroom has nice warm water from the shower. You have your own parking spot and even a little beach (if you should feel like going for a swim). All in all, this is probably the most memorable place we'd stayed during our trip through the Hebrides and we would return anytime.

Boasting a sauna, Coll Lodge, Isle of Harris is situated in Manish. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Everything, set in a beautiful location with stunning views across the Atlantic. Views Seals sleeping on a large rock, sea eagles, otters and dolphins. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely big clean rooms with comfy beds. Hosts are very helpful and go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Very relaxing. The beaches are stunning, the sea is turquoise and the sand is white, it was like having a tropical beach all to yourself, without the sweltering heat. Just perfect.

Riverside is an apartment located less than 5 km from Tarbert. The property has sea views. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, as well as a coffee machine. The location was excellent and the host was lovely. Views were gorgeous. Very homey.
