The Argyll Hotel is less than 10 miles from Campbeltown on the main A83 road. The most amazing stay on our tour of Scotland thus far, amazing friendly staff that were very very helpful. The food from the on-site restaurant was amazing and you get to e joy it with a spectacular view out over the isles

The Carradale Hotel offers accommodation in Carradale. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Every room is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Somewhat older but very well preserved, kept clean and functional

Dellwood Hotel is set on the main road into Campbeltown. Set In its own grounds and 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre, the family-run Dellwood has a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Loved how the room I was in was to the side of the main part. Easy to access as I arrived quite late.

The bar has a decent selection of whiskies and it is usually full with local people.Whole place has a nice vibe and a great atmosphere!

Argyll Arms Hotel is set on Campbeltown’s main street, close to the seafront and where the ferries leave for Ardrossan. Great location and brand new bathrooms! Great and welcoming staff

Situated in Tarbert, Islay Frigate Hotel has a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 34 km from Kilmartin House Museum. The people at the desk in the hotel pub were fantastic. Great town

Offering a garden and garden view, Ronachan is situated in Clachan, 41 km from Mitchell's Glengyle distillery and 41 km from Springbank Whisky Distillery. This stay was an unexpected little spoil on our journey to Isle of Islay (only 15min from the Ferry Port) - Everything superseded any expectation we could have possibly had had. Andrea (and Kat) nailed this one. To top everything off...Andrea is an incredible chef and spoiled us with the most delicious 3 course dinner and morish breakfast. Bonus - all the ingredients used are self-grown. Absolutely Perfect! If you are in the vicinity - please go visit them. I promise it will be worth the trip. 10 STARS!!!!!

Set in Muasdale and only 23 km from Mitchell's Glengyle distillery, North Muasdale Farm offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This chalet features a garden. The place is wonderful, very quiet and restful. The accommodation is very cosy and Catherine is a very kind host.
