On the edge of Snowdonia National Park, Palé Hall 5 red star Relais Chateaux property set in a Victorian manor house hotel with 18 elegant rooms in the main building and 4 garden suites. This was the most magnifient Hotel, and definitely worth its 5 stars, everything was absolutely perfect!

Located in Bala and surrounded by greenery, White Lion Royal Hotel dates back to the 16th century and offers accommodation with on-site parking free of charge 15 km from the heart of the Gwydyr Forest... a very comfortable and well located hotel. Excellent breakfast.

Free private parking is available on site.... What a fab spot! Loved it. Could live there actually. Owners are lovely and the facilities are spot on. Nice quiet large garden and slightly off the beaten track, yet very convenient for Bala etc. Will be going back ASAP. Would recommend.

Lovely house, very well furnished, from dishwasher to mugs and pans. Every bedroom has everything you need. Everything is cosy and clean. The house is futhermore centraly located but in a very quiet street. You can easyly access pubs and shops, there are just around the corner.

It is a beautiful cottage in an absolutely stunning and quiet location. If you want total seclusion and tranquillity, this is it. Simon is a great host/owner who is very quick to respond to any requests via the app. Donna, the housekeeper, is lovely, and she works very hard to ensure the property is immaculately kept. The cottage is minimally furnished, but to a very high standard of quality, comfort, and finish... To be honest there isn't anything that could top it; it's near on perfect in our opinion, and we'd return in a heartbeat.

We booked this cottage on behalf of our site crew who were working in the area. The cottage was immaculate and the hosts are extremely attentive, friendly and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely book again when next in the area. Thank you
