This elegant and intimate exclusive retreat in the heart of the Scottish Highlands overlooks the mysterious and beautiful Loch Ness. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond in making our stay unforgettable. Izabella and Gabriel were attentive and incredibly helpful, a real treat. The hotel is spotless clean and the beds extremely comfortable.

Location was perfect! Right above a restaurant and gift shop. We had breakfast at the cafe and it was amazing. Loved the easy check in and everything about the room!

On the shores of Loch Ness and 10 minutes' drive from Inverness, the Clansman Hotel offers rooms with views across the water and free Wi-Fi in the public areas. Actually the hotel was not operating during the period. So they moved us to the other hotel which is under the same umbrella towards Inverness, since we booked earlier than their decision. We enjoyed the hotel, room, dinner and breakfast. The staff were excellent in many ways. During that period, the hotel was actually closed. Consequently, we were asked to be relocated to another hotel affiliated with the same group, between Inverness and the Clansman. We had a delightful experience at the alternative hotel, enjoying our accommodations, dinner, and breakfast. The staff exhibited excellence in various aspects of service.

Initial greeting at reception was very friendly. Room was comfortable. Food was excellent with a varied selection. Overall a great stay.

This place was breathtaking as it has the best view. We were provided with private parking room for ease of access. Breakfast and dinner was reasonable. Rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy.

We loved EVERYTHING about this property, especially the owners who run a very tight ship, we’re so incredibly friendly & welcoming. This property is immaculately presented with so much attention to detail. We can honestly say it’s the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in.
