The food was delicious (both the pub menu and the breakfast included in the room price), the staff was terrific (they make you feel right at home from the get-go) and the hotel room was just gorgeous! It really exceeded my expectations!

Upon arrival both Charlene and Rose greeted me with a really warm welcome. They advised me of places to visit within Midhurst and Petworth during my couple of days in the area. My room was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. My bathroom was big and I had a relaxing bath. In the morning I woke early and arrived for breakfast at 8am sharp. The open fire was already burning creating a beautiful warmth. Again I was greeted by Charlene and Rose. Rose made me a perfect coffee latte which I drank quickly. No sooner had I finished, Rose asked if I would like another? I love a great coffee and accepted a second and then a third coffee. Rose’s coffee was definitely the best I had while in the area. The full English breakfast was fantastic.

Surrounded by beautiful South Downs hills, the pretty gardens of this converted Tudor house are secluded by tall trees. Evening dinner service, food in general was really good and actually everything worked better then We expected. and really guys who worked there in the pub loved how You helped us with everything.

The Hampshire Hog offers beautiful rooms, delicious local food and Fuller's award-winning ales all just a few miles from Portsmouth. Location was perfect for us, easily accessible. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and the food was outstanding.

The Nest Hotel & Restaurant has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Petersfield. Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, so comfortable and quiet, the food at the restaurant is so delicious we didn't eat anywhere else! We are already planning our return for next year. One of the very best places we've ever stayed.

Located in East Meon, 23 km from Jane Austen's House Museum, South Downs Eco Lodge & Camping provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. We stayed at the Ecolodge while walking the South Downs Way. It is very well located right on the trail. They gave us a wonderful breakfast in the morning that got us on our way!
