Richard & Denise were fantastic hosts. Staying there was like receiving a warm hug. The breakfasts that Denise makes were fabulous 😍 and the advice that Richard gives on destinations to visit was invaluable. Would recommend this B&B to anyone who likes to be looked after.

Quiet place to relax, amazing host who always asked how we slept and how our day was and what we had planned, lovely breakfast in the morning too. Very accommodating, especially as we needed to book short notice.

How cosy the property was, it was bright and cheery. Everything we needed and more. Hosts went above and beyond to cater to our needs.

El The Waterbaby es un alojamiento con terraza situado en Calstock, a 4,8 km de la casa Cotehele, a 11 km del muelle de Morwellham y a 26 km del castillo de Lydford. This location was perfect for our needs. We loved the riverside location and the viaduct views and the outdoor deck was a perfect place to watch the ducks and the boats with a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The decor is lovely, lots of lovely thoughtful design details that made us feel very comfortable and at home. The location is great with a short walk to local cafes and two nice friendly pubs and we appreciated being able to park directly outside the property. Jack is a great host with wonderful and timely communication. We really enjoyed our stay.

El moderno edificio anexo independiente se encuentra en la campiña de Callington. Bev was wonderful at communicating with us, and the Annexe was beautifully decorated, very cosy and had everything we needed at our finger tips. It is very easy to recommend it. It also had a lovely outlook and all modern conveniences of wifi and cable TV which we enjoyed.

Within walking distance of the railway station about 1/2 km. Beautiful Cornish cream tea provided. Everything was perfect.
