We have a gathering and celebrating along time friendship, it was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helped use to have a very enjoyable time with each other. I stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays and for the first time in Tbilisi, and I am absolutely satisfied with the choice! Unfortunately, as a tourist, a story happened to me that the taxi driver from the airport to the hotel said that he would take us to the taxi meter, we drove for 15 minutes, and he presented a bill for GEL 345, which is absolutely crazy. Thanks to a professional managers Kira and George, at 4 a.m. they took over all negotiations with an aggressive taxi driver who was trying to screw me, they checked in me in the room quite fast and created all conditions for my peace of mind. As a result, I paid the taxi driver 30 GEL, as it should be. Be careful with taxi drivers! About hotel. It is located in a quiet location and is very convenient for walking routes, as there is a bridge nearby, which allows you to reach the Old Town and Rustaveli in 10-15 minutes. The rooms are decorated in loft style with new plumbing, which is very rare in Tbilisi, since most of the buildings are old. The rooms are clean! There are water bottles in the rooms. There are breakfasts in hotels, but to be honest, I've never been to one.🥰 You can take your things to the laundry room - it's very convenient. Special thanks to all the hotel staff, the reception desk, all Georgians - absolutely every person is responsive and helps with any question, will never leave without attention and instantly solves any guest's questions. The price-quality ratio is absolutely perfect!!!!

If you’re coming to Tbilisi and looking for a 4* that exceeds expectations - this is the right choice. Location is great - close to everything yet on a quite street surrounded by other very cute streets with lovely buildings. Staff is beyond helpful - an amazing lady from reception helped us book last minute Bathhouse visit - truly a lifesaver. My personal favourite was the interior design of the hotel - it was authentic yet stylish and functional with plenty of space for personal belongings. rooms are also very spacious!! Make sure to visit the rooftop bar - very nice!
