Fabulous location near the port. Walking distance to local shopping. We were late in from the airport but we received a friendly greeting and orientation to the hotel & its facilities. The room has had a modern refurbishment and was really well appointed. Lovely bathroom, comfy bed, coffee machine and exceeded our expectations. Our booking included breakfast which was a good range of cooked and cold options. Great coffee and the staff were fabulous giving us great tips for places to eat & visit in Hydra which was our next stop. Thoroughly recommend booking here. Wish we’d had a longer stay.

Proper sand - no pebbles - and the incline of the sea bed is ideal for everyone, both those who like to paddle, or to be able to reach the bottom, and for those who like to go out and swim freely. Crystal clear water, one of the cleanest beaches I have known. Plenty of facilities, from some of the best beach bars to tavernas and fish restaurants. You do need a car to move around, or to do any sightseeing, but once you have that, the whole of Attica is your oyster, from the Marathon Tomb to Cape Sounion and of course Athens itself.

From £86 per nightI only stayed two nights because I needed to be close to the airport, but if you need some place in East Attica, this is ideal. The property is literally on the beachfront with a view of Makronisi in the distance and a beautiful church across the small bay. The little beach is lovely. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming and the room was stocked with fresh fruit, coffee, snacks, water, and there is a large and lovely garden/terrace with a stunning view of the seafront.

Nice little studio in the small town of Attica, about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Clean, convenient for late arrival or early departure. We contacted the agent's driver, who was excellent - prompt, friendly, very helpful. Highly recommended. We arranged for him to take us back the next morning to pick up our rental car. The apartment is a 10-minute walk to Attica's main street, with taverns and coffee shops. Coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator in the room.

Expectations online didn't match with reality. It seems like an ok hotel, but the level of service is just not good, maybe it's because they are new, but the organization of their processes is not quite there yet. But we did some nice trips in the area, nearby Rafina is a super nice small town to visit, en we made a day trip to Attica Zoological Park. New restaurant Cavo Seaside Bar & Restaurant a bit up the street which was very nice.

The most friendly staff who goes above and beyond for their guests. The front desk is always available to help with any request and the housekeeping staff is very attentive when it comes to turn down service. The breakfast was incredible as well. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island of Spetses. The hotel was run like a family business and by the end of our stay we felt like we knew the staff and will miss seeing them !

We were always greeted with a smile and they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The ambience was cozy and elegant without being pretentious. The rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfy. The water, coffee and tea in the rooms were a nice touch, and the included breakfast was more than we could have asked for. Well done Coco-Mat!
