We have spent an amazing time in this hotel. The staff checked on us daily if we needed anything, they were really friendly and hospitable. The room was clean, very comfortable, trendy and brand new, fully equiped kitchen, you can find basically every appliences you might need during your holiday. Few parking lots are available right next to the Apartment, the Old Town is close by car, several supermarkets, cafes are within walking distance. I can only recommend Konoso Apartment for everyone who want to spend a good time in Heraklion.

This stately hotel was like a walk back in time to an era of comfort and service we rarely experience anywhere anymore. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and included many Greek savory and sweet options. No breakfast anywhere comes close to the infinite choices they offer. The bus to Knossos is next door to the hotel and the hotel is very close to the ferry port with wonderful views over the harbor. There’s no reason to stay anywhere else in Heraklion.

Lato Boutique Hotel was the perfect location for our two night stop-over in Heraklion. It is walking distance from the museum, many very nice restaurants and shops. The accommodations were very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was about a fifteen minute drive to Knossos Palace and just a short distance from the port. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant. The view is gorgeous and the cocktails and food were fabulous. I would highly recommend Lato Boutique Hotel to other travelers.

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay at Seaside A Lifestyle Resort! It was our first stop on our trip to the cyclades, and I must say I was really happy to start off our vacation in Greece in such a relaxing, lovely resort! The food & drinks were all delicious, the staff extremely polite and helpful, and the rooms & property itself were clean & modern. Overall we had a great time & I would highly recommend Seaside A Lifestyle Resort to any friends and/or family traveling to Heraklion Crete.

The apartment was in a great location and within minutes walking you can reach the major sights and Venetian port of Heraklion. The bus stop is just a minute away from the apartment and it can take you to Knossos palace or Heraklion Airport in 20 minutes or so. Nearby cafes and restaurants are abudant. There is a nice balcony with view to the square. We really appriciated the sound-proofing of the apartment. Apartment had everything we needed, even a small kitchenette. Beds were comfy and the place was neat!

.Hotel was really nice, staff welcomed us was also nice and helpfull. We had cold water in the fridge when we arrived and also cofee capsules which was really nice. Good AC, clean room, confortable bed, we had a great time here. Also good to mention that the location is really close to the beach, to the bus station to Heraklion and also a lot of grocery marketsin the area. Unfortunately in Amoudara we didnt liked any of the taverns.. average food and not very honest weighters.

The best thing about this property are the staff who are extremely warm and hospitable, and the location. It is next to the beach (I could hear the ocean from my balcony) and a bus stop which makes access to Heraklion extremely convenient. The room I booked was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of storage. I was supposed to stay for 5 nights and would have been happy to do so, but was offered a complimentary upgrade to the nearby Hotel Malena (part of Omilos Hotels).

The venue and the bedroom are so perfect; new, spacious, spotlessly clean and very well designed with separation of toilet and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is variety and well prepared. The staffs carefully help with high service mind ; called the taxi, provided the bus times, booked the ferry and prepared the meal box on the day that we left so early. We highly recommend Artion Boutique City Hotel to anyone who visits Heraklion, Crete.

On our tour of Crete (Almyrida 4 nights, Cora Sfakion 3 nights, Agia Galini 3 nights, Archanes 3 nights) the Hotol Carpe Diem was ideal because of its proximity to Knossos and Heraklion Airport. We felt very comfortable in the lovingly renovated and furnished townhouse. Because of the narrow streets in Archanes, the car should be parked a little away. On our next trip to Crete we would love to spend a few days at the Hotel Carpe Diem at the end of the trip.

It has been a wonderful experience to be hosted in the Tsagarakis Hotel. It is in a beautiful location extremely close to the beach and near to the shops and restaurants. The bus stop to Heraklion is at 5 minutes walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself is full of carachter and love. The owner is a very kind person, and all the staff is pleasing and welcoming as a family. They made our holiday a special experience to remember.

The apartment has a great location, a store and a nice restaurant right around the corner. The town of Choudetsi is where you can experience the true spirit of Greece, the real people. During our stay the neighbor next door was having a small party, we were treated to cakes and raki. Our host was very kind and hospitable, he baked a delicious cake especially for us. The location allows you to visit Heraklion and the beaches around, Minos Palace.

The Santos Beach Hotel is an easy 17 minute drive from the Heraklion airport. We arrived late and they made us welcome. The room was clean bright with a new the kitchen comprised of cupboards, sink, microwave, and refrigerator.. The terrace had a beach view and a table with chairs to enjoy the sea air. We enjoyed the breakfast which could be taken indoors or outdoors in the garden. We would choose to stay here again.

Location is ca 10km from Heraklion, it is convenient to drive by car. Hotel is 20m from the sea. Good location to go for a walk or swimming in the village. We had a nice sea view, It was a convenient apartment and nice balcony. Pool is quite small, but empty and enough room in the evening when we visited. Nice breakfast, dinner included local dishes every night. Very friendly staff in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel in the city centre, close to the bus station, museums and restaurants. Room was spacious and had all we needed including kettle and supply of tea and coffee, iron, hair dryer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had wide choice of food , they also provided for me gluten free bread as requested. Heraklion is beautiful city and close to Knossos palace. Very good value for money.

We had a perfect stay. The food was good and there was a big variety For the price paid. they Always offered different type of Salads and nice cooked vegetables which was important For us. The staff was super friendly. We really felt really good. You can easily reach the place by Bus from Heraklion. Pool was very Clean and nice beach from Walking distance. Family friendly Hotel.

The location is absolutely wonderful. It is in the middle of everything: shops, fountains, restaurants, bars, etc. The host was very responsive in answering questions and even made an effort to welcome us to the apartment in person. The apartment had everything you needed, from dishwasher to Nespresso and washing machine. It is a perfect place to stay while in Heraklion.

Hotel was on very good position,just 50 m away of bus station 22, where buses from and to Heraklion arrive, and 150 m from nearest beach. Room was clean and comfort.Beds were comfy.Wi fi worked perfect in whole hotel.Stuff were kind and helpful.Food was so various, delicious and tasty.There were a lot of different animations every evening.I will be back one day

Great location, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I have to say that this was the best apartment we had during our 2 weeks trip! I highly recommend as we we’re very satisfied. Also the host was super-nice! Brought us sweets from Heraklion and even gave us souvenirs as gift. It was very nice!

Hotel staff are lovely. Welcome drink on arrival and helped us with an early check in and late checkout. The hotel itself looks nice, breakfast is decent there's a pool which is sufficient for the size of the hotel. Location wise it's a 10 min drive to Heraklion city and there are restaurants along the hotel strip (maybe ten min walk).

Hotel is good for kids and short vacation. Very little options for adults and by day 3 you did everything you need to do there. The City Heraklion is 30minutes away but will cost you every day about EURO 80 to go and come back if you want to go out with your spouse. Food is not good plain and simple. I was expecting good Greek food at least.
