Great location right on the harbour, open the window and there is the sea, I can sit there watch the waves and the ferries come and go all day long. Very lucky to be driven about the island by one of the brothers and had a nice chat about past and present of the land, history, culture, religion, anything and everything, over delicious Greek food, ouzo was too strong for me though… The most important thing we can give other people is time, so thank you for spending time with me, foreigner, tourist and total stranger. This is a stunningly converted town house that has had no expense spared in its renovation. The attention to detail is exceptional and it’s also extremely stylish. The bedroom is sweet with the bed nook. The host supplied a selection of fruit and juice and biscuits, which was so lovely. I hiked to Avlaki every day, which is the most beautiful place. Hot springs, big volcanic rocks, concrete jetty for sunbaking. So special!

Nikia is a beautiful village especially off season and the location of the studio is wonderful and the views from the roof spectacular. The space is big and clean and the location is great if you want to hike down to the caldera before the tour buses arrive at 11qm.

The host was excellent, giving us a lift from the port and lots of information. The apartment was very well equipped with food and water in the fridge. The roof terrace was amazing.
