This small hotel is run by Fotis, a young man who is determined to make your stay as near perfect as is humanly possible. He really CARES, and it shows. Our room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean with everything needed for a great stay. Fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine with capsules replaced every day, flat screen TV, a range of toiletries and a very comfortable large (160cm?) bed. A nice table and chairs outside for each room. And much more. Breakfast is included with fresh fruit and orange juice, scrambled eggs and bacon and cornflakes, plus an assortment of pastries and fresh bread. Yogurt was also offered. 5 minutes from the port, in a quiet area.

Since it was a 2 star hotel we were a bit sceptical at first, but we couldn't imagine we'd have such a great stay there! When you get there, sure, it seems a little outdated in a glance but we were positively surprised at how spotless the place is, our room was definitely renovated, clean and cozy and the breakfast was exceptional! The feeling we had the whole time was that this place was too good to be true for the money we spent - but it was! Kudos to the owners and the stuff, they were all so helpful and brightened our mood!

First of all , the hotel was nicely decorated and very aesthetic, everything was on spot, very near to the city and a great location. we loved the hospitality from the owners, and their recommendations for restaurants was absolutely amazing. we loved every thing in spetses and also at yayaki hotel. Less than 5' on foot from all the restaurants and cafes, yet very quiet, all you can hear at night is the sound of the sea. Also in walking distance from the lovely beaches of Skliri and Chalikiada which makes it an ideal choice if you come with no vehicle. The studio is spacious, spotless clean and offers amenities such as coffee and tea, bottled water and netflix. Hot water run perfectly which is not always a given in the greek islands. Rooms are exactly as presented in the photos. The owner is very kind and friendly. Since they were not fully booked at the time of our visit he offered us free of charge early check in and a room upgrade. Will certainly rebook when in Agistri again.
